I offer a non-judgemental, trauma informed online therapy space for  anyone seeking support with their mental and emotional needs. I believe there is great value in the online therapy experience as it offers more flexibility, more accessibility and shifts the power balance to client through increased anonymity and the ability to cease the session at any point.

First sessions are free and are an opportunity to ensure that i am an appropriate option for you.  It also allows time to discuss any expectation or goals you may have as well as previous therapy experiences. 

 

Sessions are $100 per hour if booked individually and $80 per hour when booked in advance, as a block of five.  Payment of  50% is required in advance of the session. 

 

Therapy doesn't have to be a long process and sometimes a single session can gets you where you want to be for now.
